Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is given when you make a purchase from FLORERE Ltd. It is important to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying goods from our website. FLORERE Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and any such change will be effective once published on the website and consequently will apply to all new orders. Registering With Florere Ltd

You can register your details by submitting your name, address and email address to us. Please note that by submitting the form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the site.

Ordering And Payment With Florere Ltd

When you order from FLORERE online for the first time you will need to register with us by setting up an account. This is for security reasons. It also avoids you having to re-enter your details when you place subsequent orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to the address provided. This will contain your order number and details of your purchase(s). Please be aware that this email is only an acknowledgement that your order has been received. A dispatch email will be sent when we have checked our stocks and can confirm we have dispatched the goods you ordered. This is the point when we have agreed to a contract with you.

Once you receive the order dispatch email this will act as confirmation that your FLORERE purchase(s) have been sent. You may receive multiple order dispatch emails if your order is being shipped in more than one parcel. If any goods are unavailable, you will receive an email to confirm the item will be cancelled and your payment for that item will be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for delivery. Orders need to be placed before 1pm Monday-Friday.

If your order is reported as lost in transit, we reserve the right to investigate the matter before offering a replacement or refund.

Once your order is delivered, the products are at your risk, and ownership will transfer to you only upon receipt of full payment for all amounts due, including any applicable delivery charges.

Delivery Exceptions

We accept  Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and UnionPay Google Pay and Apple Pay.

All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.

Tax Charges

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate.

Promotional/discount Offer Terms + Conditions

From time to time FLORERE Ltd run Promotions and Offers on selected products or lines. All of our Promotional/Discount Offers are subject to the below Terms + Conditions: + Valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted unless otherwise stated.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication, they cannot be used outside of that period and previous purchases are not eligible.
  • Promotional codes are for use by the intended recipient only and proof of entitlement may be requested.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and any improper use of Promotional codes may result in the cancellation of your order.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.
  • Orders cannot be amended once placed and Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

Please Note:

When an order is placed using a promotional/discount code which contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.

Returning To Florere Ltd

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds following the returns policy.

All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order and must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with all FLORERE Ltd garment tags and labels attached. 

Once your return has been received at our warehouse we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as our FLORERE Ltd Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receiving your returned goods and will send you an email notification to confirm this.

Returning Gifted Items

At present we do not offer gift receipts for online purchases. If a gifted item is returned for a refund the refund will be made to the original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

Exchanges - Not Applicable

We do not offer exchanges on orders. Please return your order for a refund and repurchase. If you need any assistance, please contact enquiries@florere.com

Sale

Terms and conditions, Customers have up to 28 days to return their sale purchase, we do not offer exchanges. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per FLORERE Ltd Returns Policy, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014). A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. Discount codes do not apply on sale items.

Garments, Size, Colour, Print

At FLORERE, we strive to present the colours, sizes, and specifications of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, please note that the colours you see may vary depending on your monitor’s resolution. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will precisely match the item you receive. Additionally, we may update or change the sizes and specifications of products displayed on our website without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, as do we.
