How to use your Florere gift card

Simply enter your 16-digit gift card number in the "Gift Card " box at checkout and click "Apply."
Please note, gift cards can only be redeemed at florere.com and are not valid at any other stockists.

Returning an item purchased with a gift card

Please follow our standard returns process.

Terms & Conditions

1. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
2. Once purchased, gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
3. Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
4. Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Items purchased with a gift card are non-refundable in cash.
5. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Florere is not responsible for unauthorized transactions made using a lost or stolen card.
6. Gift cards can only be used at florere.com, with available values ranging from £50 to £500.
7. If your gift card balance does not cover your full order total, you can use another payment method to pay the remaining amount.
8. If your order total is less than your gift card balance, the unused amount will remain on the same card for future purchases.
9. Gift cards are not credit notes or discount codes and are subject to separate terms and conditions.
10. If an order paid partially with a gift card is refunded, the refund will first be applied back to the gift card (up to its original balance), with any remaining amount returned to the additional payment method used.
