Florere Returns Policy

We hope you love your Florere purchase! But if something isn’t quite right, returning it is easy.

How to Return UK Orders:

Use our free returns portal to send and track your return:

It will take you to 'Return your item to By Refined'

  1. Enter your order number and details.
  2. Select the item(s) to return and the reason.
  3. Choose your return method.
  4. Print your label or use a QR code at the drop-off location.

Please repack your item securely.

Important:

  • Our warehouse does not accept in-person drop-offs.

Return Policy

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return items.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing once we receive your return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free from makeup marks, perfume, or signs of wear
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Items missing tags
  • Products purchased in sample sales or pop-ups
  • Third-party purchases (e.g., John Lewis—return to their store)

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within two business days of processing. Bank processing times may vary.
  • Exchanges are not available at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, email us at enquiries@florere.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll aim to respond within two working days and arrange a resolution.
