Online Orders

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot your password?” on the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a password reset link.

How do I use a discount/promotional code?

Once you’ve added your items to the shopping cart, go to the checkout page. You’ll see a box to enter your discount code. Just enter the code and click "Apply" to enjoy your discount.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Exchanges + Returns

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 28-day return policy for all full-price purchases. Items must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging still intact. Please visit our returns policy section for more details.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t offer exchanges. However, you can return your item using our Returns Portal and then place a new order if necessary.

How do I return my order?

For UK returns, use our Returns Portal to process your return. You’ll be able to print a returns label or use a paperless option.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 additional working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Shipping + Delivery

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in your order shipping confirmation email, allowing you to track your delivery.

Which delivery provider do you use?

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

If you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at enquiries@florere.com as soon as possible, and we’ll assist with returning the item and resolving the issue.

What sizes do you offer?

Florere is committed to creating pieces that make every woman feel her best. We currently stock sizes 6-18, however—please check individual product pages for specific size, measurement, and fit details.

Will you restock sold-out items?

We replenish stock throughout the season. If your desired size is unavailable, use the "notify me when available" feature on the product page to be notified when it’s back.

How do I care for my Florere clothing?

Most of our garments are dry clean only, however please check care label and product page for specific instructions.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Our gift cards are available for purchase on our website.
