At Florere, we believe in the power of nature to inspire creativity and bring people together. That's why we were thrilled to partner with the Garden Museum’s new Branch Out programme to curate a unique event celebrating the Victorian art of Floriography.
The Branch Out programme is a vibrant series of free events and activities that dive deep into the world of gardening, art, floristry, plant science, design, and more. We couldn’t think of a better match for Florere's passion for creating memorable experiences that blend our favourite things: getting inspired, being creative, and celebrating all things floral!
Our workshop took place in the stunning setting of the converted church at the Garden Museum. This incredible venue provided the perfect backdrop for our flower-adorned tablescapes and rails showcasing our latest collection. Guests were invited to view our products close up, offering them an intimate look at our designs and the stories behind them, as well as the chance to meet team Florere.

We collaborated with artist Roz from the duo Tipperleyhill, who guided our guests through a tailored workshop using oil pastels and watercolour techniques to create their own floriography-inspired postcards. Using the beautiful archival botanical prints of Florere, this 2-hour drop-in workshop explored the meaning of the flowers used in those prints - Peonies, Bindweed, Daisies and Periwinkles.
The event was the perfect opportunity to meet members of our Florere community, and Tipperly Hill helped us create a day full of inspiration, connection, and creativity. We were so inspired by the enthusiasm of everyone who joined us. At Florere, we’re proud to support initiatives like this that bring the beauty of design and nature into the hands of everyone.

This exciting programme was made possible thanks to funding from Arts Council England, allowing it to reach an even wider audience and bring these rich, educational experiences to all.
